Mitre 10 MEGA Ferrymead – Customer Service Team Member (Part‑time) Shifts: Friday: 10:30am – 7:00pm One weekend day: 8:30am – 5:00pm What You'll Be Doing Providing outstanding customer service Processing returns and issuing credits Assisting customers with orders and deliveries Resolving customer queries and finding solutions Working efficiently in a busy, fast‑paced environment What We're Looking For Customer‑focused and friendly attitude Quick learner with a positive approach Technologically savvy and confident using computer systems Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Power Tools Team Member (Part‑time) Shifts: Sunday & Monday: 7:00am – 3:30pm About the Role Power Tools Team Member will assist customers in selecting and using power tools, hand tools, and automotive products. The role requires strong customer service and product knowledge. What We're Looking For Interest in power tools, hand tools, and automotive products Passion for helping customers Ability to learn product knowledge quickly Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment Stocktake Assistant – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 11:00am What You'll Be Doing Assisting with stock counting and inventory accuracy Investigating stock discrepancies Maintaining accurate records Supporting the wider team with inventory management What We're Looking For Excellent attention to detail Strong problem‑solving skills Ability to focus on numbers and data accuracy Organised and methodical work practices Reliable and self‑motivated Additional Requirements for All Roles All applicants must be able to pass a drug test.
