No of positions available: 1 Hours guaranteed: 30 hours minimum and 55 hours maximum per week Minimum qualification/ experience: minimum 5 years of experience of running bars. Lcq and managers certificate is preferred. Wages: hourly rate of $25-$30 depending on experience. Running bar operations alongside other managers. Serving, seating and looking after customers with highest quality of customer service. Making cocktails and taking payments. Ensuring liquor laws are complied. Maintain high standard of restaurant cleanliness. Staff training Stock control Work along the general manager and bartenders to design the menus.
