You will manage the workflow of two critical centralised inboxes, prioritise requests and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Working closely with internal teams and external brokers, you will communicate clearly to keep work moving and expectations aligned. You will prepare internal reports, support onboarding and accreditation processes, and contribute to consistent, high quality outcomes. With a proactive approach, you will solve problems, take ownership, and bring strong organisation and workflow management to a fast‑paced environment. Exposure to banking and an understanding of QA or compliance processes will support your success. Qualifications Proven ability to manage workflows and prioritise competing tasks Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality outcomes Confident in communicating with internal stakeholders and external customers or brokers Experienced in supporting onboarding and accreditation processes Strong problem solving skills with a willingness to take ownership Experienced in working within banking or financial services environments How to Apply Applications close on Thursday 23rd July.
