About the Role We are seeking an experienced NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC and post‑registration experience working with a multi‑disciplinary peri‑operative team. The role is 0.8 FTE (64 hours a fortnight) for a fixed term of 12 months. Shifts are rostered and rotating across Monday to Sunday with on‑call after hours. Key responsibilities include providing quality patient‑centred care, working collaboratively within a peri‑operative team, maintaining up‑to‑date clinical practice, and demonstrating excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Maintaining a positive attitude and an innovative, adaptable approach to nursing practice are essential. About the Team / Service The Nelson Hospital Theatre Suite consists of 6 operating theatres with a recovery room, a sterile services department, and an endoscopy suite. The team is friendly and supportive, focused on a caring and professional environment and delivering high‑quality care. About You You are a registered NZ nurse with a current APC and post‑registration experience working with a multi‑disciplinary peri‑operative team.
