Integration Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities Conduct hands‑on field testing of robotic pool cleaners and robotic lawn mowers in real‑world environments. Coordinate with beta testers, guide them through setup and usage, collect structured feedback, and document usability issues. Serve as the primary liaison between testers and the internal engineering team, ensuring timely escalation and clear communication of issues. Diagnose and report firmware bugs, hardware issues, and design flaws based on testing and user reports. Assist in reproducing and isolating bugs, work closely with firmware engineers on logs, edge case behaviours, and performance tracking. Track test metrics and maintain organised logs for issue tracking, feedback trends, and user experience summaries. Provide actionable feedback to improve product usability, durability, and overall customer satisfaction. Support R&D and testing engineers on domestic business trips, lead and cooperate with them to complete the corresponding testing work locally in New Zealand. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or engineering field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience; experience in robotics testing or beta testing, or user experience testing is preferred. Proficiency in writing test cases. Excellent independent project management, self‑learning, and teamwork skills. Good proficiency in English. Chinese is a plus. Have a New Zealand driver's licence.
