Junior Lawyer (up to 2 years PQE) – Civil litigation and dispute resolution Auckland CBD Join a specialist litigation practice offering work that is varied, high quality and genuinely matters. We act for councils and regulators across New Zealand on disputes and issues that are often complex, high profile and of real public significance. We are looking for a lawyer to join our civil litigation team in Auckland. This is an opportunity for someone at the beginning of their legal career who wants to work on interesting and meaningful matters, learn from experienced lawyers, and build a strong foundation in litigation and public law. The role You will work across a broad range of civil litigation and dispute resolution matters, including: civil litigation and building claims; disciplinary, regulatory and enforcement matters; environmental and public law disputes; judicial review and statutory issues; mediation and other ADR processes; and general strategic advice to local authority and regulatory clients.
