Repco Duty Manager / Senior Retail Assistant Sunday 10am-4pm, Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm (31 hours per week) Friendly & fun team, great staff discounts, plus the opportunity to learn & develop. Work with one of the biggest brands in the automotive industry. About The Role At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store. As a Duty Manager / Senior Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this from the moment the customer walks in the door to providing guidance around our products, ensuring they find what they need, upselling where possible, and processing the sale at the till. You will also take responsibility as a key holder, opening and closing as well as running the shift on Sunday. Duties include: Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers. Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers. Use your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance. Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards. Process stock; receive, dispatch & store. Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture. Note: this role will require lifting, bending & climbing. Skills & Experience This is a very customer focused position, so you will naturally be a people person and a passionate customer service expert, ideally with previous retail and/or customer service experience. Full training will be given on the products we sell, however an interest in automotive is a plus. If customer service is your passion and where you thrive, we like that sound of that too! You must be confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers.
