Expression of Interest – Cool Store Warehouse Operators | Rolleston We are currently seeking expressions of interest from reliable and hardworking Cool Store Warehouse Operators for upcoming opportunities with our client based in the Rolleston area . These roles are ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in temperature-controlled (chilled) environments and enjoy hands-on warehouse work. These roles are spread over three shift patterns (Morning, Afternoon and Nights). About the role: You will be working within a cool store environment, assisting with the movement, handling, and preparation of goods ready for dispatch while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities may include: Picking and packing products in a chilled warehouse Preparing and palletising orders for dispatch Loading and unloading goods Operating forklifts where required General warehouse duties and stock handling Working to productivity targets and timeframes What we’re looking for: Previous warehouse or cool store experience preferred Comfortable working in chilled conditions Forklift licence (F endorsement) advantageous Physically fit with a strong work ethic Reliable and able to commit to shifts when required Team player with a positive attitude Why register your interest?
