This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established Independent Financial Advice practice with decades of experience, offering a stable, supportive, and collaborative working environment. Responsibilities Conduct whole-of-market research to identify suitable financial planning solutions Analyse client information and interpret data gathered by Financial Advisers Prepare suitability reports and recommendation letters Produce quotations and technical illustrations using industry research tools Process new business applications and manage cases through to completion Obtain outstanding information from providers and clients where required Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA and internal compliance requirements Keep up to date with product, legislative, and regulatory changes Support advisers in delivering an exceptional client experience Qualifications Previous Paraplanning or technical support experience within an IFA practice Strong understanding of financial planning products and whole‑of‑market research Experience preparing suitability reports and processing new business Good knowledge of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with a proactive and professional approach Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards the qualification Location: Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire Employment Type: Permanent Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum #J-18808-Ljbffr
