Our People & Performance team plays an important role in creating a positive, reliable, and well‑supported employee experience. As People Operations and Improvement Lead, you will help ensure our People & Performance processes are reliable, efficient, compliant, and easy to follow. You’ll work closely with People Leaders, Business Partners, Payroll, Digital, Compliance, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of people processes across the business. Key Responsibilities Leading continuous improvement initiatives across People & Performance to simplify processes, improve consistency, reduce risk, and strengthen the employee and People Leader experience. Owning and maintaining People & Performance operational processes, including workflows, documentation, controls, templates, and ways of working. Providing practical generalist support to People Leaders and employees on people processes, policies, systems, and employee lifecycle matters. Leading People & Performance administration processes, including employment documentation, contracts, variations, employee records, shared mailbox queries, and document management. Owning onboarding and offboarding coordination, ensuring documentation, communications, system actions, and compliance steps are completed accurately and on time. Coordinating recruitment administration, advertising activity, pre‑employment checks, and onboarding documentation. Owning the implementation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the performance framework within Culture Amp. Leading the employee engagement survey cycle, including survey planning, configuration, communications coordination, reporting, analysis, and follow‑up actions. Supporting Health, Safety and Wellbeing operational processes, including meetings, incident reporting, return‑to‑work coordination, workstation assessments, and related documentation. Supporting payroll processes, including payroll preparation, employee data accuracy, reporting, inbox support, and process improvements. Identifying opportunities to use technology, automation, and AI to improve accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability of routine People & Performance administration. About You You’ll bring strong HR generalist experience, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership of important people processes. You’ll enjoy working in a role where accuracy, judgement, organisation, and follow‑through matter. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has 7+ years relevant experience in a similar Human Resources role. Strong experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and continuous improvement. Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or people‑related systems. Confidence preparing employment documentation and maintaining accurate employee records. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, practical, and solutions‑focused approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy. Experience working in a corporate or regulated environment. Confidence working with data, reporting, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with payroll processing or payroll support would be advantageous. Experience with Culture Amp or similar performance and engagement platforms would also be beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
