About the Role The Country Manager – Sales (New Zealand) will lead ICT’s sales and channel development across New Zealand, ensuring strong market penetration and vendor alignment. You will drive ICT’s enterprise presence and distribution network in a competitive and fast-evolving technology landscape. Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop New Zealand’s sales strategy and go-to-market approach. Achieve annual revenue and partner growth goals. Lead market expansion across enterprise and commercial segments. Channel Partner Engagement Build and grow relationships with distributors, MSPs, VARs, and integrators. Conduct partner reviews, enablement sessions, and onboarding programs. Vendor & Product Management Coordinate with global vendors on pricing, product updates, and roadmaps. Support new product introductions and promotional campaigns. Enterprise & Corporate Relationships Engage key enterprise clients across sectors including government, education, and finance. Lead major deal negotiations and solution positioning. Market Intelligence Analyze New Zealand’s ICT market, competitive trends, and regulatory impact. Identify growth opportunities and product expansion areas. Reporting Provide structured performance, forecast, and market insight reports to APAC leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. 8–12+ years of ICT sector sales experience in New Zealand. Strong relationships with NZ channel and enterprise customers. Proven success managing technology distribution or enterprise sales. Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
