Wards 4A and 4B provide acute inpatient medical care for adults with a diverse range of complex and often rapidly changing health needs. Our multidisciplinary team delivers compassionate, patient-centred care 24 hours a day, supporting patients and their whānau from admission through to discharge. Our nurses provide care across a broad range of medical specialties, including: Cardiology Respiratory Medicine Renal Medicine Neurology and Neurosurgery Haematology and Oncology Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering safe, high-quality care while making a meaningful difference to the lives of our patients and their whānau. Taranaki boasts some of New Zealand’s most iconic natural landscapes like Mt Taranaki and many adventure activities. The rugged and wild coastline is home to more than 12 world-class surf breaks. Ideal candidates must be comfortable with working on a rostered and rotating basis.
