Plan and guide the developmental journey of each tamaiti using Te Whariki as a foundation. Implement the curriculum while bringing your own creative ideas to the daily programme. Build strong and authentic relationships with families and whānau. Maintain a high standard of physical care and hygiene throughout the day. Foster a welcoming and co‑operative working atmosphere with the rest of the team. Engage in ongoing professional development to keep your practice current and transformative. About You You’ll hold a Level7 ECE or Primary qualification and current registration. You value child‑led discovery and apply pedagogical excellence in your practice. You’ll build warm and approachable relationships with whānau and tamariki. You honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi through inclusive and equitable mahi. You bring initiative and a proactive energy to the centre. You embrace continuous learning and a reflective professional journey.
