About Our Role Redroofs Lifecare, located in Beautiful Dunedin Fixed -Term until 19 July 2026 Full-Time (32 hours per week) AM's, PM's and Weekend shifts We have a fantastic opportunity for a Caregiver with a passion for caring for others, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphere. Your Skills And Experience Proven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment. Minimum NZQA Level 2 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing) Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude. A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
