We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of civil construction delivery from early planning through to close-out. You’ll lead programmes, budgets, contracts and on-site coordination, while building strong relationships with clients, crews and delivery partners.This role suits someone who can keep multiple moving parts aligned, make sound calls under pressure, and bring a practical, no-fuss approach to getting the job done right.**Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities*** Lead project planning, scheduling and delivery to meet programme, cost and quality targets.* Manage subcontractors, resources, procurement and site coordination across active works.* Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, progress claims and commercial reporting.* Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.* Lead project teams with clear direction, accountability and a strong delivery mindset.**Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with*** At least 5 years’ experience in roading or civil infrastructure.
