Hagley Learning Centre managed by Volunteering Canterbury We have a family learning hub session to help young people succeed in the New Zealand education system. As a part of this, we have a secondary school breakout session, and require volunteers to help in the classroom with homework and interact with people new to New Zealand. This is really rewarding work, and will develop skills in cross‑cultural connection. Every Tuesday and Thursday 5-7 pm at Hagley College. Pizza will be provided, including dietary options. You will need to submit a police vetting form in order to come and help. What we need from you: Competence in the NZQA system, and the English language.
