Job Description

Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of consulting and implementation projects across multiple customer programmes. Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Gather, analyse and align customer requirements to ensure successful project outcomes. Define project goals, develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules and resource requirements. Compile statement of works, monitor project budgets, forecasts and delivery performance. Manage configuration, migration and deployment activities to ensure successful adoption. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and expectation management. Identify risks, issues and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Service teams to achieve delivery objectives. Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap. Provide operational support when required to maintain customer service continuity. Experience Proven experience leading software implementation or transformation projects. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Understanding of construction, infrastructure, asset management or related sectors is advantageous. Familiarity with software solutions, service delivery principles and implementation practices. Professional Qualifications Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience. PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum Master or equivalent certification is advantageous. Business & Leadership Competencies Stakeholder management: ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups. Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex topics. Problem solving: strong analytical skills and solution‑oriented thinking. Leadership: ability to coordinate and motivate cross‑functional teams. Customer focus: commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
