With site operations underway on the West Coast near Greymouth and strong expansion plans across multiple gold and copper assets, this is your chance to be part of a high-performing team from the ground up. Your contribution will have a direct impact as the operation moves toward full production and beyond. The Role We're seeking an experienced Shotcrete Sprayer to support safe and efficient underground development and rehabilitation activities. This is a permanent, full-time role operating on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, with some flexibility available to support work-life balance Key Responsibilities Shotcrete Operations Apply shotcrete in development and rehabilitation activities in line with geotechnical guidance Ensure correct thickness, profile and QA/QC standards are achieved Operate shotcrete equipment safely and efficiently Maintain equipment, including end-of-shift cleaning and care Monitor shotcrete feed and use accelerators in line with site standards Complete pre-starts, documentation and reporting Communicate effectively via radio and with the wider crew Safety and Compliance Promote a strong safety and "one team" culture Identify and report hazards and incidents promptly Comply with all health, safety and environmental procedures Participate in inspections and safety verification activities Maintain fitness for work, including strict drug and alcohol compliance About You Experience and Qualifications Minimum 2+ years' underground mining or tunnelling experience Experience with shotcrete equipment, batch plant or agi operations Exposure to mobile heavy equipment operations Full Driver's Licence First Aid Certificate Class 2/4 and WTR licences (desirable) Skills and Attributes Team player committed to productivity and collaboration Positive, proactive and can-do attitude Good communication and documentation skills Reliable and results-driven Why Apply?
