About the role As a Programme Scheduler in our Programme Delivery Controls team, you’ll play a key role in keeping major infrastructure projects on track. You’ll own the integrity and performance of programme schedules—turning complex data into clear insights that drive delivery. You will: Build and maintain robust programme schedules across projects, programmes, and portfolios Translate project data into meaningful, connected schedule views Support monthly schedule updates of reporting cycles Coach teams and partners on best‑practice scheduling About you You’re a motivated and solutions‑focused professional who enjoys working collaboratively and building strong relationships. Your skills and experience include: Minimum of five years' experience in project planning/scheduling experience supporting civil projects. Establishment and operational experience in Primavera and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of client portfolio, programme and project work breakdown structures. Professional experience in a similar project role in a Portfolio Management Office or similar function. Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or relevant qualification) and/or a Project Management qualification eg: PM2, AACE is desirable.
