This is a great opportunity for an experienced Inventory Manager to hit the ground running, lead and develop an established team. What you will get: Ongoing support Career progression Fill in for the Distribution Manager when they are on leave A great team environment Monday to Friday dayshift hours Salary of $80-100K based on your experience level What you will be doing: You will be the driver of the Warehouse Inventory operating systems – maintaining accurate data & the integrity of warehouse layouts. Reviewing operational methods & procedures Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisors - mentoring, training, and developing an established team Managing the Inventory levels that sit between 10Mil to 15 Mil Direct reports consist of: Inventory Analyst, Loss Prevention Team & Inwards Goods Team. What you will need: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Inventory management Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals In-depth knowledge of cycle counting/stock-take processes Experience using Dallas and Dynamics D365, ERP platforms is advantageous but not essential.
