As a Nursing Informatics Specialist, you will connect frontline nursing practice with advanced health information systems. Your work ensures that electronic health records and clinical data tools reflect real-world nursing workflows while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. What You’ll Do Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into informatics and EHR system designs in collaboration with IT and technical teams. Evaluate clinical and system data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve patient care and documentation quality.
