About The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team at Grace Joel Retirement Village, St Heliers, Auckland as a Receptionist . This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm . As the welcoming face of our village, you’ll enjoy a varied and people-focused role, where no two days are the same. Your day will include: Greeting visitors warmly and helping them find what they need Responding to phone calls in a courteous, professional manner Assisting residents, families, and visitors with general enquiries Supporting the smooth running of the village with administration tasks Contributing to a positive, helpful environment for residents and colleaguesWorking closely with a supportive team who are always willing to help About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: Experience in a customer facing role, with a reliable, friendly and professional manner Strong empathy and warmth Outstanding communication skills Thrive in a busy environment Please note that, although we often welcome applications from overseas candidates, due to immigration requirements, we require applicants to have New Zealand work rights for this position.
