.NET Technical Lead / Senior Designer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead / Senior Designer to join our Technology team. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on delivering high-quality API-driven solutions and providing technical leadership across modern engineering environments. You will play a key role in shaping solution design, guiding development teams, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of .NET-based applications and APIs, particularly for external partner integrations Provide technical leadership and direction to delivery teams across the full software development lifecycle Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions Review and contribute to solution architecture and design decisions Drive best practices in modern engineering, including DevSecOps and cloud-native development Support delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a .NET Technical Lead / Senior Developer / Solution Designer Strong expertise in .NET / C# development and API design (RESTful services) Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) Exposure to DevSecOps practices and modern engineering frameworks Familiarity with AI tooling and emerging technologies is advantageous Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills Experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable What We’re Looking For Strong problem-solving and solution design capability Ability to lead and mentor teams while remaining hands-on Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders Additional Information Flexibility on location within ANZ (with travel as required) Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact transformation programs Collaborative and inclusive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
