Palmerston North Central, Manawatu Part time (0.6 - 0.7 FTE) $33 – $36 per hour We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Donor Services & CRM Coordinator to join our fundraising team in a key operational role. This position plays an important part in ensuring our donor data, fundraising database systems, gift processing, and reporting functions are accurate, reliable, and continuously improving. Your work will directly support how we understand, engage with, and acknowledge the people who make our work possible. You will be responsible for maintaining donor and supporter records, processing gifts and acknowledgements, generating reports and donor insights, and working closely with both our finance and fundraising teams to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and continuous improvement - and who takes pride in making systems and processes work better over time. What you’ll bring Strong administration, coordination, or data management experience High attention to detail and accuracy Confidence working with fundraising databases, CRM platforms, or similar systems Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Clear written communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach A proactive mindset and interest in improving systems and processes Experience with finance administration, reconciliation, or Xero is desirable What we offer Part-time role (0.7 FTE / approx. 25-28 hours per week) Flexible working hours within the business day (including school-hours flexibility) Onsite role based in Palmerston North A supportive, purpose-driven environment where your work directly contributes to our community If you enjoy bringing order, insight, and continuous improvement to the systems behind meaningful work, we would love to hear from you.
