About the role You will lead and coordinate the Hydraulic Field Service team, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will balance team management, technical support, and operational delivery while building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop Field Service Technicians, tradespeople, and apprentices Set clear goals and drive a high performance, safety focused culture Conduct one on ones, performance reviews, and ongoing development planning Support training and upskilling to build team capability Operations Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily field service activities Provide technical support both on site and in house Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards Review job cards, timesheets, and reporting for accuracy Identify improvement opportunities across systems, processes, and performance Build strong customer relationships and identify additional work opportunities Financial & Admin Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Monitor productivity and chargeability targets Ensure timely job closure and invoicingMaintain accurate reporting and documentation Customer Focus Deliver consistent, high quality service aligned to customer expectations Manage scope changes and ensure clear communication with clients Support your team to build strong, professional customer relationships About you Strong hydraulic and field service experience Proven leadership or supervisory experience Hands on, practical approach with solid technical capability Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Relocation assistance could be available to the right person.
