Lead Test Engineer

Overview Lead quality engineering across digital delivery squads. Set and evolve end-to-end testing strategy and automation roadmap. Embed quality from early discovery through to release. Partner with Test Engineer, Full Stack Developers, and analytics teams. Design and scale automated testing; strengthen test environment stability. Define and communicate clear quality measures and dashboards. Responsibilities Lead quality engineering across digital delivery squads. Design and scale automated testing; strengthen test environment stability. Define and communicate clear quality measures and dashboards. Qualifications Strong test automation expertise within Playwright or Cypress. Experience in embedding automated testing into CI/CD. Sound engineering judgement. Systems/testing architecture mindset.
