Spa Therapist 2026/2027 Season (Expression of Interest)

Job Description Our Spa therapist should provide a wide range of wellness and beauty treatments to our guests, ensuring a high standard of luxury service, relaxation, and care. This role will focus on enhancing guest wellbeing while maintaining our Spas professional image and sense of place. Key Responsibilities Deliver a variety of treatments such as massages, facials, body therapy. Consult with guests to assess desired needs and recommend appropriate treatments to a luxury standard. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to a 5 star luxury standard ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and a proper treatment set up. Maintain detailed client records, including history and preferences. Promote and recommend Spa retail products and services. Ensure all health and safety, hygiene standards are strictly followed. Handle queries professionally and ensure a positive experience. Support reception duties (Spa bookings, emails, answering phone calls). Skills and Qualifications Relevant certification in Beauty therapy, Massage therapy or Spa therapy. Strong knowledge in skincare and body treatments. Excellent communication and customer service. Professional appearance and demeanour. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays. Team oriented with a positive attitude. Key Attributes Friendly, calm and attentive to our guests. High attention to detail and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for wellness and client care.
