About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga This is a highly visible Finance role partnering with senior stakeholders across Supply Planning, Warehousing, Transport and Capital Delivery. As Manager, Finance Partnering, you will lead the provision of actionable financial insights and decision support enabling informed decision-making and driving performance across complex operational environments. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic decisions across supply chain performance and significant capital investments. Key Responsibilities Partner with Global Supply Chain executive leadership team to provide commercial insights, analysis and decision support across planning, logistics and investment decisions Translate data into clear narratives, delivering data-driven storytelling to GM and Director level stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor challenging, influencing and supporting leaders to optimise business outcomes Lead financial planning and analysis including scenario modelling, forecasting and business case evaluation for select capital initiatives Collaborate with supply chain and engineering leaders to develop an execute-able, prioritized capital budgets then monitor execution against resulting capital portfolio Drive performance measurement and monitoring, ensuring clear linkage between operating metrics and financial outcomes with forward-looking insights Contribute to integrated business planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, aligning financial and operational plans You are a commercially savvy finance leader with strong curiosity and a passion for understanding how complex operations drive value. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy connecting the dots across operations, finance and strategy and turning insight into impact. The ideal candidate will have A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or engineering and a is highly preferred, Experience in finance business partnering within supply chain, manufacturing, operations or capital-intensive environments Proven ability to influence and communicate confidently with GM and Director level stakeholder Advanced analytical capability, including financial modelling, scenario analysis and data-driven problem solving Strength in budgeting, forecasting and performance management frameworks Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to challenge constructively and coach stakeholders A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and resilience in navigating complexity Strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes preferred but not essential At Fonterra, our values of Good Together, Better Everyday, and Every Drop Counts, are for everyone – no matter your background, identify or experience.
