A detail‑oriented and reliable Admin and Accounts Officer is needed for a part‑time role at Ezi Aluminium Systems in Lytton, Brisbane. The company takes pride in running a tight, professional operation. You will work closely with the management team and need to hit the ground running with MYOB Exo and MYOB AccountRight. Key Responsibilities Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts using NAB Connect and MYOB Exo. Process and enter debtor payments and creditor invoices accurately. Run weekly and monthly payroll via MYOB AccountRight, including STP submissions to the ATO. Manage GL postings and journal entries, including lease and interest payments. Pay creditors and process ABA payment files on time. Process stock receipts and purchase orders across multiple suppliers. Assist with new credit account applications, including credit checks and PPSR registrations. Complete NCI debtor insurance declarations as required. Prepare monthly payroll reports for the Warehouse Manager. Handle general administration including filing, scanning, and data entry. Maintain discretion when handling confidential employee and financial information. Qualifications You need proven experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role, with a minimum of two to three years. A strong working knowledge of MYOB is essential; experience with Exo or AccountRight is highly regarded. Familiarity with NAB Connect or similar banking platforms is an advantage. High attention to detail and a methodical, process‑driven approach are a must. You must manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively. A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves are expected. No formal degree is required, but relevant qualifications are beneficial. You must have Australian work rights. Benefits Based on a full‑time equivalent of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, the part‑time pro‑rata salary ranges from approximately $35,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on hours and experience.
