Civil Labourer

We’re looking for reliable civil labourers to join a solid crew working on a variety of projects across New Zealand. While you’ll be based out of Auckland, this role involves regular travel, so it suits someone with flexibility. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys physical work, understands how construction sites operate, and takes pride in doing a job properly. You’ll be part of a team where safety, teamwork, and strong work ethic are genuinely valued. You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly. What you’ll be doing General civil labouring and site support Handling materials, tools, and equipment Concrete work, formwork, and shovel work Occasional machine operating (limited) Working in confined spaces when required Site set‑up, clean‑up, and maintaining safe work areas Following all health and safety procedures What we’re looking for Civil or construction site experience preferred Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work Happy working outdoors in all conditions Reliable with a strong work ethic Requirements ConstructSafe or Site Safe (or willingness to obtain immediately) Full Class 1 license (or Restricted with ability to obtain Full) Confined Spaces trained Ability to pass pre‑employment drug test Satisfactory Ministry of Justice check What’s in it for you Ongoing civil work with consistent hours $27 – $30 per hour (experience dependent) Skill development and progression opportunities Well‑run sites and clear expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr
