Job Description As a Merchandise Team Member, you will have the opportunity to deliver effective and efficient merchandising activities, ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, including: Maintaining product replenishment and merchandising (point of sale placement) across the store as required Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both in-store and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required Assist with customer service requirements including counter duties as required Qualifications A vibrant and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and relish the opportunity to be at the forefront of all the new tech products!
