Job Description

Chef De Partie Bring your culinary passion to a premium international lounge and elevate the dining experience for global travellers. Casual position – work on an "as and when" basis; must be available during weekends. Prepare and present food to high standards, aligned with Compass Group culinary best practices. Monitor food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and operational improvements. Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain productivity and quality. Stay current with culinary trends and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven expertise. Strong communication skills and ability to lead and mentor a team. Flexible, professional, and able to perform under pressure. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and OH&S practices; Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) preferred.
