About the role Our Banking and Finance team leads the market in debt capital markets, project finance, financial markets regulation, and corporate and acquisition finance. We advise on large bank funding work; term securitisations; sustainability‑linked and proceeds‑based green borrowing; and our project finance team advises on key national infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have: A legal qualification with 4 years’ experience in Banking and Finance law. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
