Description Business Centre Operations Leader (BCOL), Buildings, NZ – (260000FN) About the Role We’re looking for a Business Centre Operations Leader (BCOL) to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our New Zealand Buildings business, working closely with the Regional Director to support performance, delivery, and growth. This key leadership role is responsible for driving business performance, leading our people, and shaping the future direction of our Buildings team.
