Architect/ Designer - Residential

About the Role We are seeking Architects / Designers with 4–12 years of experience to join our Auckland studio on a 6‑month contract, supporting the delivery of residential projects across Australia. This role is suited to individuals with a strong foundation in multi residential or mixed‑use residential design, who are confident contributing across design development and documentation phases. You will work closely with Principals and Project Leaders in a collaborative studio environment and across our Australian studios, contributing to well considered, design‑led residential outcomes. About You You are a motivated and design focused Architect or Designer with solid experience in residential projects. You enjoy working in collaborative teams and bring a balance of design thinking and technical capability across project delivery. Qualifications 4–12 years of experience in architectural practice Proven experience delivering multi residential or mixed‑use residential projects Strong design and documentation capability across project stages Confidence coordinating with consultants and internal teams Well organised with a clear understanding of project delivery Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Revit; Rhino highly regarded Mandatory Requirement It is an essential requirement that at the time of applying for this position applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
