About the Role We are seeking an experienced Abdo/Pelvic Radiologist to join our Radiology department here at Waikato Hospital. Day to day you will be interpreting and reporting imaging studies including CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray and MRI. You will be reporting a broad mix of complex clinical cases within your area of expertise, including hepatobiliary/pancreas, urology, gynaecology, gastrointestinal diseases. Your workload will also include general radiology and acute imaging. You will participate in multidisciplinary meetings, teach registrars, and be involved with the continual development of high standards within the department. About the Team/Service Waikato Hospital is a tertiary training hospital with a Level 1 Trauma Centre serving the whole Waikato region: one of the busiest in New Zealand. The Radiology Department carries out approximately 200,000 examinations each year with a major focus on Emergency and Trauma imaging and Oncology.
