Industrial Maintenance Electrician at Ballance Agri‑Nutrients, Invercargill. Site based role Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturday. Responsibilities Ensure the sound operation of manufacturing line electrical assets Troubleshoot and problem‑solve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime Apply precision maintenance tactics to maintain fixed plant assets & equipment through planned preventative & corrective maintenance Work with site reliability, production & national support teams to eliminate defects, drive availability improvements & extend asset lifecycles Use modern maintenance management systems Qualifications Registered with current NZ Electrical Practicing Licence Experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing site Ability to work unsupervised under pressure (e.g. equipment breakdowns) Structured technical problem‑solving using root cause methodology Positive, collaborative attitude, confidence in challenges Respect for health & safety, excellent personal safety standards Clear professional communication in loud environment Current NZ Work Visa / Residency / Citizenship Benefits Competitive remuneration $90,000–110,000 p/a depending on experience Permanent role stability Relocation assistance if necessary Free life, income & trauma insurance Medical insurance Support for learning & development Access to free counselling & support services #J-18808-Ljbffr
