As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Technical Corporate Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships, enjoys leading from the front, and can confidently connect technology solutions to business outcomes. About the role You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key mid-market customers, building strong CxO relationships and acting as a trusted advisor across their IT and security landscape. This role is a blend of strategic account management, sales leadership, and technical influence — where you’ll help shape customer roadmaps, drive growth, and lead a virtual team to deliver exceptional outcomes. What you’ll be doing Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders Leading regular governance conversations and providing insightful, value-led recommendations Driving revenue growth through cross-sell, up-sell and strategic account planning Identifying opportunities to expand Securecom’s footprint within your customer portfolio Leading technical roadmap discussions and aligning solutions to business needs Influencing decision-makers with clear, commercially sound proposals and business cases Working closely with Engineering, Service Delivery, Professional Services and Product teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes Managing contracts, renewals and negotiations to achieve win-win results Leading your virtual engineering team, aligned to your portfolio, to deliver high-quality service and successful project outcomes What we’re looking for Proven experience (5 years +) in ICT sales and account management within a B2B environment Confidence engaging with CxO-level stakeholders and building trusted relationships Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and outcomes Commercially astute, with strong financial and analytical skills Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities A proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on results Excellent communication and influencing skills Experience working within or alongside a managed services or MSSP environment Experience leading a virtual team, directing team priorities to meet customer needs Be part of a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team and business Work with a diverse portfolio of interesting customers across New Zealand Opportunity to lead, influence and make a real impact A business that genuinely values its people, culture and customer relationships Flexibility and a strong focus on work-life balance If you’re ready to take ownership of a strategic customer portfolio and play a key role in driving growth, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
