Night Fill Supervisor

PAK’nSAVE Rangiora is looking for a Night Fill Supervisor to join our Dry Goods team. We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership, integrity, trust, honesty, and a solid work ethic to thrive in our fast‑paced environment. If you have proven supermarket experience, enjoy leading a team, and can keep things running smoothly under pressure, we’d love to hear from you! What you’ll do: Lead, support, and motivate the Night Fill team to achieve daily targets Ensure shelves are well‑stocked and presented to a high standard Coordinate workload and delegate tasks across the team Work hands‑on in a physically demanding role (lifting up to 20kg) Take ownership of the department overnight and maintain excellent presentation Support a positive, productive, and customer‑focused team culture What we’re looking for: Previous supermarket or relevant retail experience Reliable, punctual, and great at managing time and priorities Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example A team player who can build relationships and get the best out of others Able to travel safely to and from work at late hours Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage Hours: Sunday – Thursday 14:30 – 23:00 = 40 Hours What you get from us: At PAK’nSAVE Rangiora, we pride ourselves on offering a great place to work, with a supportive team environment and strong job security.
