Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist

Job Description Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers. The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say your lunch break view will look different every day. You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed. Hours This is a permanent, full-time position with hours of work from Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours a week. Qualifications This is a physically demanding role that requires someone with a good degree of strength and the ability to keep up with a fast‑paced environment. You are someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you. We Are Looking For Someone Who Can be on their feet for long periods of time. Is physically fit and able. Has a positive, can‑do attitude towards work. Understands the customers’ needs and can create a great experience for them. Ensures processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience. Maintains work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional. Is responsible for the safety of themselves, others and the products when driving. Has a full, clean NZ Driver’s License.
