Drainage Operator

What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Leading Hand in civil drainage Strong background in stormwater, sewer, still water works and services Experience supervising crews and coordinating site activities Full Class 2 licence minimum with WTR (Class 4 advantageous) Strong communication and leadership skills Competent with Health & Safety procedures and site compliance About you: Willingness to be on the tools and in the trenches when required Confident running crews and setting daily tasks Take pride in quality workmanship and team performance High personal standards and strong work ethic Drug-free (pre-employment, reasonable cause, post-incident and random testing) Why join?
