About the role This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end supply chain across planning, procurement, logistics, and partner management. You’ll ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time – balancing cost, service, and risk across markets as the business continues to scale globally. You’ll lead the S&OP process, build strong supplier and logistics partnerships, and guide key decisions that directly impact performance, inventory, and customer experience. This is a role for someone who can think strategically, lead confidently, and still stay close enough to the detail to drive results. What you’ll be doing Leading the S&OP process to align demand, supply, and commercial priorities across all markets Owning supplier strategy, performance, and key manufacturing relationships Managing inventory performance, allocation decisions, and system accuracy across markets Overseeing warehouse operations, refurbishment, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient delivery Leading logistics, freight, and 3PL strategy to optimise cost, service, and lead times Acting as the key supply chain partner to retail and commercial stakeholders Overseeing reverse logistics and after‑sales supply to support customer experience Managing supply chain budgets and performance metrics including inventory and fulfilment Leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing team across planning, logistics, and operations About you You’re a commercially minded supply chain leader who knows how to balance big‑picture strategy with operational detail. You’re confident making decisions, comfortable leading people and partners, and driven to continuously improve performance across the supply chain. You’ll bring 6–10 years’ experience across supply chain, logistics, or operations roles A degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field is preferred Equivalent professional experience or industry certification (e.g. APICS CSCP, CPIM) is equally valued Experience managing global supply chains and multi‑market distribution Proven leadership experience, including developing and leading teams Strong understanding of ERP systems and planning tools Experience managing suppliers, freight strategy, and 3PL partners A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong commercial judgement Why Zempire?
