About the Role As a Field Service Engineer, you will be at the heart of Agilent’s customer experience—delivering service excellence that sets us apart in the industry. Responsibilities Installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced Agilent instrumentation (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems, and more). Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance. Advise clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability. Participate in complex, multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments. Provide application-level support and training to customers. Qualifications Relevant Master’s or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline. Minimum of two years of professional experience following graduation. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communicates clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner. Proactive approach, team spirit, and eagerness to build strong cross‑functional relationships. Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time), both locally and interstate. Employment Full‑time weekly schedule with option to work remotely.
