Job Description
Role We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team in New Zealand. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers and distributors, while supporting the wider sales and operations team. You’ll act as the link between customers, distributors, and internal teams—ensuring orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and communicated clearly at every stage. Responsibilities Processing and managing customer orders through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining clear and ongoing communication with customers, distributors, and internal teams. Supporting the sales team and responding to requests promptly and professionally. Building strong working relationships across the wider team to support daily operations. Qualifications Experience with customer order processing, ideally using SAP or a similar ERP system. Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications. Background in customer service or logistics, with strong problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and internal stakeholders. Reliable, proactive and comfortable working as part of a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
