Job Description The purpose of this role is to support essential recruiting efforts for an area requiring senior professional knowledge. Employees at this level work under minimal supervision, have comprehensive working knowledge, and handle complex issues and problems. This role reports to Mgr, Area HR Talent Acquisition; Mgr, Area HR Operations; or directly to Mgr, Area HR with frequent partnership with area HR teams, area leadership, Human Resource Department Global Talent Acquisition Team, and internal as well as external applicants. Responsibilities Accountable to deliver the following essential activities for assigned area: Recruiting (Selling and closing candidates, Hiring Manager Relationships) Perform intake meetings with hiring managers to discuss their job requirements, interview processes, and potential candidates Screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications, and recommend them to hiring managers Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage the hiring process Communicate with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders throughout the hiring process Support administrative processes such as interview scheduling, administration of pre‑hire assessments, preboarding processes, etc. Communicate recruiting trainings and best practices to stakeholders throughout the recruiting process Train and support hiring managers and HR on our talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices Use an applicant tracking system to manage the hiring process Talent acquisition guidelines and principles Communicate the TA guidelines and principles to stakeholders Business requirements/technology rollout and support - talent acquisition (tools and systems) Provide assistance in global talent acquisition projects to streamline and improve our effectiveness and efficiency Other duties as necessary Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years professional experience or any combination of equivalent education and work experience Comprehensive working knowledge of HR operations, specifically Talent Acquisition Familiarity of best practices of HR functions Key skills and core competencies include the ability to: Build relationships Consult with business leaders Coach and develop people managers Analyze and interpret data Utilize applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office programs effectively Communicate effectively in writing and verbally through influence and compromise To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for extended periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
