Graduate Cost Manager – Buildings and Places AECOM’s cost management services provide specialized expertise across project life cycles to reduce client risk, improve value and deliver positive outcomes in all sectors of the built environment. As a Graduate Cost Manager, you’ll gain exposure to both pre- and post-contract activities, supporting key commercial functions on a range of dynamic projects. Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or any related discipline. Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program. Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid‑year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027. Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in New Zealand before applying.
