Join us and experience Bunnings from the other side of the counter! About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Trade Centre Coordinator/Leader to join our Avondale Trade Centre. As Trade Centre Coordinator you will be responsible for the ongoing daily operations, sales and high‑volume stock management. You will report directly to the Trade Centre Manager and lead a team of 5+ members. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, sales and high‑volume stock management. Build and maintain local strategies and business plans to support the Commercial business growth. Monitor and measure service levels; liaise with Commercial Sales teams. Recruit, train and develop new team members. Ensure H&S standards across the Trade Centre. Manage P&L, monitor KPIs (margin, timelines, sales) and exceed customer expectations. Collect and act on customer feedback to improve the end‑to‑end experience. Qualifications & Experience Strong knowledge of building and landscaping products. Experience leading large teams with focus on Health & Safety, high‑volume stock and specialist products. Ability to develop teams and provide a healthy working environment. Solid understanding of P&L reporting and KPIs. Effective communication with multiple stakeholders. Must be New Zealand resident or hold a valid New Zealand work visa.
