We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised Campaign Manager (Adult Books) to join our Marketing and Publicity team. You will plan and execute dynamic, fully integrated marketing and publicity campaigns for our books for adults. The role requires strategic oversight, creative thinking, a strong command of digital marketing and a holistic, end-to-end approach to campaigns. What will you do: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing and publicity campaigns that connect target audiences with books and authors Ensure integrated media planning across paid, earned, shared and owned channels Plan and execute author appearances, events and tours Support the sales team with appropriate collateral and working with key accounts on co‑op opportunities What will you bring? Marketing/communications/PR degree or equivalent Previous experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced media or marketing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders High attention to detail Why Penguin Random House?
