Job Category: Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics About the Role This is a hybrid role combining site operations coordination with hands‑on customer service! Reporting to the Regional Site Operations lead you will be the day‑to‑day key point of contact - leading a team of four (2 Customer service reps and two warehouse team members) to ensure the site is running smoothly. You will be managing warehouse and logistics activities while also ensuring outstanding service to customers across the counter, phone, and email. It’s a key role in both the day‑to‑day operations and the overall customer experience. We’re particularly looking for someone with previous supervisory or coordination experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in being proactive and solutions‑focused. No two days will be the same making this an ideal role if you enjoy variety and a challenge. Job Description Day to day you will: Coordinate cross‑functional activities including warehousing, administration, health and safety, customer services and compliance management. Oversee the daily warehousing and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Provide hands‑on warehouse support when required, particularly during peak activity or periods of high demand. Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse layout for optimal efficiency. Negotiate and gain sales with effective sales techniques. Identify inefficiencies in current processes, recommend and implement improvements. Liaise and collaborate with key departments across operations and support services. What we’re looking for: Previous industry experience, preferably in an operation, logistics or a warehouse management environment. Team leadership or supervisory experience A strong customer service focus with solid communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook and preferably Warehouse Management Systems (Dynamics 365) A consistent, proactive and detail‑oriented approach, problem solving ability and attention to detail Steel, valve or fittings product knowledge would be advantageous.
