Senior Associate Engineer - Building Services

Lead major building services projects while mentoring engineers and shaping client outcomes. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of multiple building services coordination, commissioning and engineering projects Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience Provide technical guidance across projects and support engineering teams Mentor and develop two direct reports through coaching and regular feedback Oversee quality assurance, commissioning activities and project documentation Support business development, proposals and repeat client opportunities Qualifications Engineering experience within building services Experience gained in design, installation, commissioning or project delivery Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline preferred Benefits Generous base plus vehicle This Hamilton opportunity is one of three Associate positions, with additional roles in Wellington and Christchurch.
